Are you a quality Improvement professional? With a talent for identifying great practice and developing improvement strategies? If so then this may be the perfect opportunity for you. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Quality Improvement Managers to lead our quality teams.

Reporting into the Head of Organisational Development, our Quality Improvement Managers will be working across all areas of delivery and with all teams to identify good practice and in turn areas for improvement in teaching, learning and assessment.
You can expect the role to involve:
• Managing and developing a team of Learning & Quality Improvement Coaches
• Continuously reviewing our Quality Improvement framework
• Working across all areas of delivery and with all teams to identify good practice and, in turn, areas for improvement
• Ensuring all teams undertake observations of teaching, learning and assessment, along with action planning for quality improvement
