An Ofsted inspection can be a very stressful experience for organisations and their staff. It is important to be as prepared as possible and ensure your staff know what to expect under the Common Inspection Framework. Working to the Evaluation Schedule our consultants will review all aspects of the inspection or focus on the areas your organisation has identified as areas of concern. Prior to our planned mock inspection we will meet with you to discuss your requirements and any specific areas of concern you may have. Our consultants will carry out lesson observations, dual observations with members of your observer team, meetings with staff and students, interview curriculum leads, safeguarding leads and nominee. At the end of the mock inspection, we will give verbal feedback and this will be followed up with a written report detailing our findings and proposed areas for development.

Following our visit we can continue to work your organisation with ongoing consultancy services.

Bespoke training for your Apprenticeship Team

We are delivering this qualification in-house to a number of colleges and training providers who want to ensure their Apprenticeship Team are given training and support to ensure they are preparing their apprentices for a successful End Point Assessment (EPA).  Apprenticeship staff will achieve the accredited qualification which is excellent CPD for them.

About the tutors for Level 3 Award in Undertaking End Point Assessment

Sam Sutton and Anne Horn are both End Point Assessors and IQA for  EPA Organisations and have been involved in the pilot implementation of EPA assessments for the new Apprenticeship standards.

Sam and Anne have many years of experience successfully delivering apprenticeships and delivering high quality training. They also deliver Assessor, Internal Quality Assurance qualifications and Initial Teacher Training.  They write resources for Awarding Organisations and are also lecturers at a University.
