Operating at all levels of seniority from board level through to delivery teams, customer service and sales teams, the focus is on building trust through consistent and supportive challenge of individuals to define and exploit their true purpose and potential. Tim thrives on the relationships developed within teams and with individuals to bring about sustainable and meaningful improvements aligned with strategic aims and objectives. His background in Lean Six Sigma process improvements and its application in a variety of settings outside those of traditional manufacturing and service is where he adds value to an organisation.
